3D Herndon, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) created this Privacy Policy for the Web site www.3DHerndon.com (the “Site”). We want shoppers and other visitors to our Site to know how we use and share their information. This Privacy Policy will inform you of the categories of personally identifiable information we collect, categories of third parties with whom the information may be shared, the choices you have to review and request changes to the your personally identifiable information.

Information We Collect Automatically:

We may automatically track and collect the internet domain address, domain server, type of computer and type of web browser used to visit our Site. California and Delaware “Do Not Track” Disclosures

California and Delaware law require 3D Herndon, Inc. to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, 3D Herndon, Inc. adheres to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and does not monitor or respond to any Do Not Track browser requests.

Visiting the Site from Outside The United States

If you are visiting the Site, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using any portion of the Site, you understand and consent to the transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.

Children.

Our Site is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not provide your information through our Site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Public Forums.

The Site may make chat rooms, job listing areas, message boards, news groups and other interactive areas available to you. Please understand that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or any other information about yourself. The information presented in these areas reflect the views of the individual users or hosts and do not necessarily reflect the views of Company or any of its affiliates.

Conditions of Use, Revisions.

If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to the Privacy Policy posted on the Site from time to time and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages and application of the law of the state of California.
