Single Flexion retrofit kit for single extruder

Drop-in 3D printer extruder retrofit kit for i3-style printers like the Wanhao Duplicator i3 (and PLUS). Print with flexible materials, higher resolution, and fewer failures. Also prints ABS and PLA better than your stock extruder.

Printer type - Standard Single
Flexion extruder kit for single-extruder printers, including Wanhao Duplicator i3, Monoprice Maker Select, Cocoon Create, and many others.

Note: kits now ship with the finned mounting block, similar to the HT version. If you have a HICTOP printer, or another that uses a single M6 mounting screw, please make a note of it so we can ship you a compatible mounting block.

Printer type - Makerbot Replicator 2
Replaces the Makerbot Replicator 2 extruder, pictured to the left. You will need to remove or replace the plastic plate above the extruder.

Printer type - HT Bundle 
This kit includes everything in the standard Flexion Single kit, but with an additional high-temperature (HT) hotend. This allows fast swapping of the hotend for switching between ultra-flexible and high-temp printing.

Dual Flexion retrofit kit for dual extruder

Developed by the inventor of Ninjaflex

Flexible filament extruder retrofit kit for both left and right sides of a dual-extruder printer. Print fast with flexible materials, higher resolution, and fewer failures. Also prints ABS and PLA better than your stock extruder.

*Does not include stepper motor.

Printer type - Common Dual Extruder printers (Flashforge, Wanhao 4s, QiDi, etc.).
Fits all of the most common dual extruder printers – Flashforge Creator Pro, Powerspec Ultra, QiDi Tech, Malyan M180, Wanhao Duplicator 4s, CTC, etc.

Please note, the QiDi  and CTC stock extruders are NOT compatible, so you will not be able to mix your stock and Flexion extruder. Also for QiDi, the temperature sensor location is moved and will read 10-15° low, so turn your print temperatures down.

Printer type - Makerbot Replicator 2X
This option is ONLY for the Makerbot 2x extruder (shown to the left). It has a deeper cooling block and a wider mounting hole spacing (78.5mm).

Printer type - Right side only 
Right side only for Common Dual Extruder (Flashforge Creator Pro, QiDi Tech, Powerspec Ultra, etc.)

Flexion HT High-temp Flexion Extruder kit

High temperature  3D printer extruder upgrade for the Flexion extruder. Sold either as an upgrade for current Flexion owners, or as a bundle with the standard Flexion kit. Allows printing at temperatures up to 290°C to allow Nylon and Polycarbonate. Improved PLA performance. Fast hotend swapping. Works with all the same printers as the standard Flexion kits.

Single bundle
High-temp bundle for single extruder kits. Includes entire standard Flexion Extruder kit plus a separate high-temp hotend (barrel, heater block, nozzle). Spare nozzles are: 0.3, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.8mm. This works with the Wanhao Duplicator i3 and similar printers. You will no longer need your stock heatsink with this assembly. 

Dual bundle
The best of both worlds! One standard Flexion hotend, and one FlexionHT hotend. The finned mounting block replaces the standard block. Includes a variety of nozzles.
