New Owner Services

If you buy your 3D printer from us, our service team will work with you each step of the way with unboxing, setup, calibration and network connections. We will also give you a new-owner orientation which covers basic training of your new 3D printer and all the apps that go with it at our studio FREE of charge. We will ensure you get off to the smoothest possible start with your new 3D printer. Follow-up advice and consultations are always available to our customers.

Local Support and Maintenance

3D Herndon is an authorized service provider for all the 3D printers we sell. We have a team of experienced 3D printing experts who are trained and certified as service technicians by the manufacturers. We provide customers dedicated phone and email support during regular business hours. Please call us today to discuss your service needs. For additional service and support we offer the 3D Herndon Carefree Service and Support Plan – for one low price any service or support you need is free.  We can also step in to print your models for you if your 3D printer is off-line for extended service.

Extended Support Service

If you buy the manufacturer’s warranty at the time of purchase (note: warranty coverage and duration varies by manufacturer and equipment sold). We can help accelerate any service or support issues.  We stock a wide range of replacement OEM parts in-house. Does your printer need a tune up? We will take care of it immediately. Does your printer need some new parts? We will take care of it – and if we can’t, we will handle the support request directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. 

Ultimaker Enhanced Service Plans

The Ultimaker Enhanced Service Plan extends and enhances the standard warranty coverage on Ultimaker hardware. The plan includes an extra 12 months of warranty for your 3D printer with all repairs and shipping covered.  You also still receive the best possible local service from trained and certified partners.
